A 4:30 am wrong-way crash on the 118 freeway has resulted in two fatalities and one left severely injured. This crash happened on Sunday, March 5th, in the Porter Ranch area. The survivor is reported to be the driver, who is suspected of having been intoxicated while driving a black sedan on the wrong side of the 118 freeway. The two fatalities were passengers in the sedan.
The vehicle that collided with the sedan was a yellow box truck. The driver of said box truck did not suffer any severe personal injuries from the collision. The front and top of the sedan appear to have been crushed by the truck.
